4. Subscriptions and payments

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription handled via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under French law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services fully provided before the end of the legal withdrawal period. By subscribing you accept immediate provision of the service and waive this right.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time via your account. No refund is due for the current period. Rethink Spark may suspend accounts for non-payment or abuse.
